REPLACEMENT IN CASE OF ACCIDENT
We strive continually day to day to offer the highest quality products. This enables us to offer supplementary cover for the first three years on all wheels with carbon rims registered within 30 days of their purchase date.
Coverage
Should any incident/accident cause serious functional damage to the rim that prevents it from being used, Oquo will replace it at its premises, and will change the spokes and nipples.
The CRASH REPLACEMENT program applies only to original purchasers of the product who have completed the form to register the serial number of their wheels within 30 days as from their purchase date.
How?
OQUO offers the possibility of having your wheels renewed at its premises by the same experts who built them in the first place.
Claims for cover under the CRASH REPLACEMENT program must be processed via an authorised OQUO dealer. The dealer will send the complete wheel to our facilities.
